Nginx Proxy Manager is an open-source reverse proxy with a clean web UI, built so you can expose your homelab services under real domain names without ever editing an Nginx config file. It handles proxy hosts, redirections, TCP/UDP streams and free Let's Encrypt SSL certificates with automatic renewal, plus access lists and basic user management. It is a popular first step for anyone moving from raw IP:port links to https://app.yourdomain.com, and it runs comfortably in a small unprivileged LXC container.

Lightweight — a Node.js backend plus Nginx, idling around 150 MB of RAM on a fresh install in our test LXC. Footprint grows mainly with the number of proxy hosts and traffic. Needs ports 80/443 free on the host and port 81 for the admin UI.
