CasaOS, Gitea and FreshRSS join the directory

Right after launch we added three more apps, each with a full Proof-of-Work gallery from our homelab.

CasaOS is an open-source personal cloud OS built on top of Docker, a friendly starting point if you want an app-store style home server. Gitea is a lightweight self-hosted Git service with built-in CI/CD that runs comfortably on 512 MB of RAM.

FreshRSS is a fast, self-hosted RSS reader that handles thousands of feeds with only 256 MB of RAM and a SQLite database.

All three are easy to deploy with the docker-compose.yml shown on their pages.
